This marks my first foray into discussing goal-setting planners, despite having used one in the past. You may be familiar with PowerSheets, a renowned system for setting and achieving goals. I previously utilized this planner, finding it to be incredibly effective.

Although I did fall out of the habit, I’ve recently started again using a 6-month undated planner. While discussing PowerSheets in depth could merit its own post, I’ll attempt to distill what makes them so exceptional.

The key takeaway is that PowerSheets work – plain and simple. They facilitate a process that helps you identify what’s truly important, then breaks it down into manageable, bite-sized tasks. This incremental approach empowers you to make progress toward your goals, fostering a sense of intentionality in your daily life.

Additionally, the planner is visually appealing, catering to those who appreciate paper and pen planning.

The array of cute stickers and optional add-ons further enhances the experience.

Finally, the Cultivate What Matters community surrounding PowerSheets is a vital component of their success. Sharing your goals with like-minded individuals can be a powerful motivator. This supportive community provides inspiration, practical tips, and regular motivational emails to keep you on track.

As bloggers, we understand the importance of having an efficient and organized approach to managing our online presence. To achieve this, I’ve found it essential to use a dedicated blog planner that keeps track of various tasks, ideas, and goals. Since I run multiple businesses, I prefer to keep my blog planner separate from my personal or business planner. Fortunately, finding the perfect planner can be a serendipitous discovery!

After trying out several options, I’ve found that The Ultimate Blog Planner has become one of my go-to tools. Not only is it free, but it’s also incredibly versatile – available in various sizes to fit any planner system. As someone who views their blog as a distinct business entity, having a dedicated planner for this purpose has been a game-changer. And if you’re looking for even more features and customization options, the upgraded version for just $10 is definitely worth considering.

I recently printed out my blog planner pages and decided to use a Create365 Happy Planner (Big size) as my physical organizer. I love that it’s big enough for me to write comfortably, and the month tabs are really nice quality. I’ve filled the planner with my printed pages, plus a few cute accessories from Create365 and some extra pages and to-do sheets.

This system works well for me because I can easily add any additional pages or sheets I want off the internet and then use the hole punch to slot them in. I don’t use this planner for daily to-dos; instead, I have a separate system for that (see below). If you’re looking for more free blog planners, check out my other post. What I’ve learned is that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, which is why it’s great to use different tools for different purposes.

For example, I use my PowerSheets to do some prep work and feel intentional with my time, while a daily planner like The Day Designer helps me stay organized. In terms of the Extension Pack, it includes various features such as an Advertising Tracker, Facebook Advertising, Yearly Stats & Analytics, Monthly Stat Tracker, and more. It’s really helpful for tracking my blog’s performance and staying on top of my goals.
