Ways to Share a WhatsApp Status

Your photo status will now be visible to your contacts. Keep in mind the aspect ratio – photos will be cropped to fit as a circle within the status.

Video Status

Posting a short video as your status is a great way to share moments and updates more vividly. Follow these steps:

  1. Open WhatsApp and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap “Status.”
  3. Tap the camera icon and record a new video directly in WhatsApp or tap the gallery icon to select an existing video from your phone’s gallery.
